Tomorrow’s (and beyond) workout

I’m still flailing about trying to come up with a training plan.  I have no idea what to do tomorrow, but I’m thinking either a crossfit type workout or upper body heavy lifting.  Maybe I’ll just head to the gym and see how I feel.  I’ll probably wake up in the middle of the night and surf on my phone for a few minutes looking for ideas.  I wish I could just grab a training program online and follow it, without hesitation and without all of the struggles of scheduling life getting in the way.

Right now I’m just shooting for one “long” (for me) run a week, one speed day (shorter run, but with intervals), and the 4 strength focused days.
